This Privacy Policy applies to the zelkalabs.id website and to all games published by ZELKA Labs ("we", "us"), including My Little Bolu Ketan and Museum Aksara Jiwa. It explains what data is collected when you play our games or visit our site, how it is used, and the choices you have.
We collect as little as possible. Our games don't require accounts, we don't run our own servers or databases of player data, and we never sell your data. The only personal data processing happens through the third-party services listed below — mainly to show ads in one game.
zelkalabs.id is a static website. We don't use analytics and we don't set cookies. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google's servers to deliver the font files — see Google's Privacy Policy.
This game shows ads through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob and Google Play Services may automatically collect device information such as your IP address, advertising ID, device model, and ad interaction data. We do not collect or store any of this data ourselves — it goes directly to Google and is handled under AdMob's policies. Because this game is rated for all ages, ads are configured to follow Google's requirements for family-appropriate advertising.
This game contains no ads, no analytics, and no accounts. It does not collect or transmit any personal data. The demo is distributed via itch.io, whose own privacy policy applies to downloads from their platform.
Our direction going forward is to ship games that don't need ads or data collection at all. Whenever a game does use a third-party service, it will be listed on this page.
My Little Bolu Ketan is suitable for all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and advertising in the game is configured to comply with Google's family advertising requirements. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@zelkalabs.id and we will delete it.
We operate from Indonesia and handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022). Wherever you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and we will honor the rights granted by your local privacy law. Since we hold almost no data ourselves, requests about ad-related data are usually best handled through Google's My Ad Center — but email us anytime and we'll help.
You can also stop all data collection from a game by uninstalling it.
We don't maintain servers or databases of player data. If you email us, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. Data collected by third-party services is retained under their own policies.
We may disclose information we hold if required by law (for example, to comply with a legal process) or when necessary in good faith to protect safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are announced by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. This policy is effective as of 10 September 2026.
