It started as a weekend experiment that stuck around. The approach hasn't changed: prototype fast, chase the fun, and only ship what still feels good after way too many test runs.
Everything is built mobile-first in Unity, because that's where players are, on a bus, in a queue, under a blanket at 1am. For art and music we lean on AI tools, then curate and tune everything by hand so it fits the game.
